Hello everyone,

I'm very new to Finale, I just started to work with it this week, but I think I'm starting to get the basics down. I did a search for this question but didn't come up with anything.

I play and teach viola, so we play in alto and treble clefs. I figured an easy way to get started on Finale would be to do a scale study for students. I've figured out *some* shortcuts, but I'm wondering if there is a way to tell the program when to change clefs? or if I just have to go in and do clef changes manually? It would be so easy if I could give it a note to always change to treble clef on, and then when to change back to alto clef.

Thanks in advance...
