How do I adjust chord symbols for the entire piece?

I'm needing a little help with chord suffix libraries, I think.

I WANT to use small letters for minor chords, " a7/E " rather than " Amin/E " for example.

I can change the existing Finale generated symbols one by one, but am not sure how to make the change global. I'm guessing one of the chord libraries other than the default Maestro library may have this set up but I'm not sure.

Along the same line, I MAY want to have the Bass note UNDER the chord as opposed to the default position alignment of for instance a7/E. This can also be done one at a time in the Chord Definition Dialogue Box, but how do I set my desired configuration for the entire piece?

Are libraries the way to go here, or is the "Learned Chords" approach less frustrating?

Thanks,
Bob
