Message:The easiest way I've found to do drum set is to use different layers -- one for bass drum/hi hat pedal and snare, one for cynbals and hi hat, and sometimes a separate one for toms. It also makes it easier to see beat placement errors doing it this way. I don't reccommend using all four layers though, because you end up with a lot of extra rests. |
