Message:Options menu - Data Check - Remove Deleted Items...will remove deleted items, but the command will also give you some statistics about your document: the number of frames, the number of entries &c. So you could use this statistics to set up a fee for the job, with a fee per frame, per entry, per graphic... I charge 25 cents/frame, but for a job "full of new graphic signs and complex music notation" I charge extra depending on the job. Once the job is done, the composer may want to change his music (that happens). For such "afterwork" I charge $20/hour. Peter
