The Swiftlet MIDI editor page:
www.geocities.com/ap_sugunan/editor.html
suggests that it should be possible to emulate a sustain pedal action for a sequence of notes in a MIDI file. This editor does not work on my system.
Using NotePad Plus or MusicMaker, what is the best way to sustain a concordant sequence of notes in a music file that is being exported to MIDI?
