Open your Finale file in Finale. Then open your sound recorder that came with Windows. Setup new record file and press record, then press play in finale. When finished, save .wav file.
Open windows media player with CD burning ability. Open .wav file in wmplayer and and click on Copy to CD. On next screen press Copy in upper right corner.
Done
