Message: I don't know if this will help, but it might lead to a solution. WIth text blocks, it matters whether you are in Scoll View or Page View when you create them. If you created a text block in Scroll view but are trying to move it in Page view, that might cause your problem. Make sure you update the layout. Also, you might consider putting in Harp diagrams as score expressions. That way, they will move with the measure that they are attached to in case there needs to be some editing involved.
