Message:Hi, You can have layers automatically put layers up and down by going to Document options> Layers. There you can have all layer 1 notes freeze stems up and all Layer 2 notes freeze stems down. Otherwise, you can go to use the Mass Mover tool to select the notes and go to Utilities in the Mas mover menu and select Freeze stems up or down. Ray
