Using speedy entry, you are entering the note that should be written for a transposing instrument, not the actual note. So, if you're entering for b flat instrument, you should enter the note as it would appear transposed, and Finale will play back the note at correct pitch.

If you want to speedy enter the note at actual pitch (untransposed) then, use display concert pitch option, which will put all transposed staffs into concert. Then, when you're done, you can revert to transposed parts.
