Message:SmartScore's URL does not have a place for suggestions so I put it in Finale.
The "Check for Errors" in SmartScore should have a tag associated with it. When An error is detected in a measure, you should have the ability to tag the measure and continue with the error checking. After you are done...all the measures that have an error would be marked. This would help you go to all the error measures and fix the problem withould having to keep going out of error check and redo the checking.
