When you are in "Type Into Score" mode, you can use UpArrow and DownArrow to move to the previous or next verse, chorus or section.

I'm afraid that there are no "change between different lyrics" keyboard shortcuts neither for Click Assignment nor for the window "Edit Lyrics".
