when tray playback with space + left click , cursor does not move with playback! click on start playback from the beginning works fine, and after that "space + left click" also works fine... this happens only in through VST mode ! I unchecked "Break Multimeasure rest" in last bar (8) and now it does not break multimeasure rest in parts, but sadly can't be moved adjusted in parts (as you mentioned).

How to make Repeat Tool signs/text not to break multimeasure rests?

It IS disabled!

It is not, rewire makes another problem, needs to be reset every time when started Finale after Cubase, so I disabled it (renamed rewire dll)

Hi there. Win10 64bit and Finale 25.4 has problem with Realtek ASIO drivers (not loading at all) and Yamaha Steinberg USB ASIO Driver (Steinberg UR242) which works, but takes very long time to load Finale, up to 30 sec on M.2 SSD drive. Direct Sound drivers works fine. Anybody else experiencing such...

There was something similar to Count Items plugin (Plug-ins - Miscellaneous - Count Items...). Just selecting part of the document and hitting that shortcut key? would bring it as I remember.
Maybe I mixed something up, as I don't use Finale frequently.

I remember there was a shortcut for Part/Score Selection Statistic, something like File Statistic in Score Manager pop up, can't find it now.
Or I just imagined something?

I haven't had any trouble importing midi files in 2008. Have you tried a different file? a few opend well but mostly crashes If it works in 2007 open it in 2007 and save it as a Finale file. Then open it in 2008 - more steps, but the same result. yeah, I know... Still sounds more like a file specif...

finale 2008 crashing when importing MIDI file (error encounter and need to close)!!!
same situation with same MIDI file works fine with 2007!
