I just installed PM2010 and still can't figure it out. Can you tell me how to add dynamics to all staves at the same time (or even better just the staves without rests)?

I feel like this is a dumb question but in PrintMusic 2009 or even in Finale is there a way to only have to add a dynamic once and have it apply to all staves? It's getting tedious adding dynamics to every part on the score.

I'm using PrintMusic 2009. When I extract parts the first page looks fine but the second page is all squished together. Each staff is on top of each other. I can manually move them around to make it look OK, but I dread having to do this to every part. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?
