I've been trying for some time to put in a score a time signature like the one in the image.
I didn't manage to do that. Is that possible, to do that with finale?

Hi everyone.
I'm struggling here because I am not finding a ways to make dashed /or dotted ties.
I need it because not all lyrics verses need both connected notes.
Is there a way to make them dashed or dotted?
