it must be a combination of Finale + OS, because same version of Finale (27) on my 2012 Mac Pro on Mojave doesn't do it.

I am getting unrelated tooltips in the Finale score window (only score, not in parts). Seem to be leftovers of Finder windows. but I don't have any Finder window open anywhere. see screenshot

When I doubleclick a word to change it, I can see it in the Lyrics window in the right place, EXCEPT this one, in the attached picture. When I use the glissando tool I get this ("Rit.", between the last 2 notes) If I right click and choose Edit, nothing happens.

if you watch the video I quoted above, you'll see that now each character of the suffix can be a different font. The chord letters are always Finale Jazz Text Lowercase, so I guess that's why is listed as such in Document Options, but then it can be changed to something else with each character. So ...

if I load a piece that it's done, then delete all measures and add new measures (in order to start a new piece based on the old one), I get some garbage from the old piece in the new one, like crescendo/diminuendo marks, chords, etc. Is there a way to purge that data?
