I'm making a chord chart and using slash notation. However, I'd like to put the lead in melody in the first measure. I can only seem to change staff attributes for the entire chart. How can I change just one measure to allow me to notate?

I'm trying to create a template. At the moment the default fretboard style is set to "Jazz." I want to change it to "Jazz 2." I can change it to Jazz 2 in the fretboard styles box, however, the Set As Default button does not work. I click it and nothing happens. Suggestions? I'm running the 27.3.0.1...

Thank you BuonTempi. As I said, I am an infrequent user of Finale and so not as aware of these things as I should be. What is the most effective way to communicate this problem to MM?

I'm afraid you may be right. The chart is fine on another computer running an older Mac OS. If anyone knows a workaround I'd love to know it.

Here's an example - looking at file in Finale - fine, looking at preview in print to PDF - not fine. Printed version - not fine - this has happened to every chart I have - retroactively.
