Thank you so much!!
I am not sure what happened to it to cause it to be like that.

Re: File Specific - Playback scrolls but no sound
I am changing the extension to musx and posting. You will need to change the extension back to mxl to open with Finale.
All I did was move the text fields around and click "Reassign Playback Sounds."
Thanks!

Re: File Specific - Playback scrolls but no sound
I downloaded the file as mxl and imported it. I would post it here, but the forum says that mxl is not an allowed extension.

File Specific - Playback scrolls but no sound
Hello all,
I have tried everything I can think of to fix this issue to no avail. Finale plays other files just fine, but this file simply will not play. Do you have any ideas? See attached file.
Thanks,
Greg

Re: Updating a document's formatting
Thanks! I have tried to use this method, but it does not work for me. For instance, sometimes the song will have the credits at the top with the copyright at the bottom. Sometimes, the credits as at the bottom with the copyright. Is there a way to make each document look the same in regard to placin...

Updating a document's formatting
Hello all! Short version: What is the best method for migrating a Finale score to a new template/style? Long version: Over the years, I have written many hymns and Southern Gospel convention style songs. During this time, I have tried out various Finale templates and formats. I have finally settled ...

Re: Applying a Template to an existing file
I, too, have wanted this as a feature. I have files going back 20+ years. Converting them to the newest format is not an issue. Over the years, I have refined my templates. Now, I have 100s of files. Each file's "look and feel" is inconsistent as the template has been changed. It would be a great he...

Version Control
I currently use https://www.github.com to track versions of my compositions. There is, however, no viewer to see the differences from one version to another. The only way to know what has changed is by noting it in the description of the commit. An integrated viewer for Github would be outstanding! ...
