One voice across two staves
Hi all,
Thanks for your help so far, it's been really useful.
Is it possible to beam one voice across two staves? I've attached a sketch of the sort of thing I'm hoping to achieve.
Thanks folks.

Beaming three consecutive quavers (eighth notes)
Hi all,
I'm a revert to Finale (V26:1:0:397).
How do I create one continuous beam for the three consecutive eighth notes (quavers) in the lower bass clef?
Thanks for any advice and guidance offered.

It's fascinating what you encounter when you delve into the bowels of Finale's menu system, much the more sensible approach...

Thanks for your help Miker. I'm a convert from another leading software brand, in which you can simply drag the individual system to whatever size youe want. In the Page Layout\Systems menu the "Allow Individual Staff Spacing" is greyed out. How do I un-grey it? (Edit) Cancel that. Just found it. Ch...

Can I widen only one system?
Hello all, I love this programme and this forum. I have four systems on one page, each has a treble and a bass staff. I need to make the third system wider, ie, create a bigger distance between the treble and the bass staves. How can I do this? If I select the Staff Tool and drag the Bass staff down...
