I am trying to install Finale (full version) on Vista Home Premium 32-bit (a friends laptop actually). It appears to install without a hitch but when I try to run the software by double clicking on the icon on the desktop, it says: C:\Program Files\Finale 2008\finale.exe is not a valid Win32 applica...

The subject of this posting says it all. In my profile I have selected the option that makes it send me notifications by default. When I post I always make sure that the "Notify me when a reply is posted" is selected.
So why doesn't it work?

So, my question was answered and you folks carried on chatting, and I was missing it because I don't receive an email notification when someone posts on my thread. Does anyone else experience the same problem?

By the way, I think I am going to buy Print Music. It is incredibly cheap.

I am trying to notate a choir piece using Finale Notepad. It is for soprano, alto and bass and with a piano accompaniment. So, that means 5 staves. However, the first two lines are sung by the soprano unaccompanied so there is no need for 4 of the staves during that section. Sometimes only one voice...
