Multiple Rhythms in a single measure help

Postby AugustAlpha » Mon Sep 28, 2015 11:28 pm

So in my music I have a piano playing. Both the bass and treble line are playing a chord and then I wanted a melody to play above that chord but I cant figure out how to do that. I don't want to have to cross voice it or anything so whatever I can do to prevent this that would be great. If you can help me let me know. Thanks!

If I understand you correctly, you want to enter notes of a different duration from the chord.

This is done by using Layers. It's covered in the tutorials.
