The original layout seems to be in 5/4 time.
Your attempt seems to be in 4/4 time.
If you change the time signature to 5/4, you should be able to enter the last beat.

The performer is supposed to roll the chord (= arpeggio).

I suppose you mean the program's playback?
Does Allegro have "Human Playback"?
I'm not sure.
