In Finale Allegro, is it possible to change the font and size of measure numbers? If so, how?

I'm afraid you will have to contact MM tech support, if you can't find the answers in the Allegro help files or the Finale Knowledge Base (http://makemusic.custhelp.com/app/answers/list.) The last version of Allegro was 2007, and they have pretty much said that it was not going to be developed any further.

I'm not sure it is possible in Allegro.
You may need "the full Finale" to do so.

In the full Finale it is done in this way:

Measure Tool.
Measure menu > Edit Measure Number Regions...

You can also set a default font for new measure number regions, in Document Options - Fonts > Text
Changing this setting will not change existing measure number regions, only new regions.

Folks - re Finale 2014 for Windows

I've written a number of different songs, which I've then incorporated into a single file using ScoreMerger. All individual parts had measure number fonts set to Times New Roman italic 10, and the first song of the merged score does too, but succeeding songs have a much smaller font. I know that I can only define measure fonts, using the Document Options / Fonts route, for new measures. I thought I could change the fonts using the Document / Data Check / Font Utilities method. The problem is that I don't know the font that I'm trying to change from! (I did try matching it to Maestro, Times or Engraver fonts, but no success.

Any thoughts please?

Thanks, Ian

Folks - I've just answered my own question - I find I need to go through each measure region individually. Hope I haven't wasted anyone's time.
