Drummers YOU will know what Im talking about!

We all know that double paradiddles are groups of 6 notes, but how can I write them? I've had to use the 16th note triplet then white out the 3's over them and the 1/4 rest to make it easier for my guys to read ie: RLRLRR-LRLRLL-RLRR

Or write 4 groups of 16th notes adding sticking and accents where needed.

Any advise? :D

Since I am not a drummer, I didn't know what you needed, so I looked it up. Based on images in Google, I did this in PrintMusic. If you need something different, please post a picture.
