How to add spoken text and chimes in choral piece

I have Finale PrintMusic 14 and a Mac Yosemite .
I am doing Simple Entry of a choral piece
I want to add spoken text between two choral stave sets as well as sung lyrics in the staves.
How do I set up the text properly

Also, I want to add a combination of chimes, drumbeats and rattles in certain measures. How?

Spoken text is best added as a text block, rather than lyrics.

The other instruments would be added in one or more percussion staves. (That's assuming that the instruments you want are even available in PM.) I don't use percussion, so I can't be any help, I fear.
