I know I've done this before (a few years ago) but I can't remember how to put in some pizzacato for strings on select measures and how to make ritardandos. Please help!

Both pizz. (and arco) and rit. are applied as expressions. For select measures, apply pizz. where you want the start, and arco when you want it to return to bowed.
