If you are in Type Into Score mode, select a lyric, and you will see 4 triangles on the left. Grab the 3rd triangle from the left, and you can move all the lyrics up or down in that system. To move them globally, grab the 1st triangle on the left.

Ok. I did It.
Now i'd like to lower soprano voice and i notice thai cannot select a syllable in order to be able to move a triangle

Your lyrics are pretty messed up. I can tell by selecting a lyric while the lyrics window is open, and seeing how the selection is jumping around. Right now, both soprano and alto are in verse one, and tenor and bass in verse two.

Each part (SATB) should have its own lyrics, in verses 1, 2, 3, and 4. This way, each part can be adjusted individually. Try not to jump around, and don't clone lyrics, or whatever that's called. Are you putting all the lyrics in the window and then flowing them in, or typing into the score? You can either do each voice front-to-back, or page-by-page, but make sure that you are in the correct verse each time.

I didn'nt know each voice must have a different verse.
I was simply cloning because it is a piece of complete homophonie, but I'm going to redo lyrics the way you say.
Maybe copying the lyrics from verse 1 to verse 2, ..3...4.
And then Lyrics/ Click assignment verse 1 to voice 1, verse 2 to voice 2,...

Each voice doesn't have to have a different verse! The verses are for when you have repeats with different texts printed one above the other.

You must have moved those arrows around to create the situation you're in. Mike, is there some way to reset all the lyric baselines to defaults?

motet, in my experience, it’s easier to have them in different verses. And make sure that the voices are on different channels, as well.

Jose, yes, that's the way I would do it.

I yield to your greater experience, but I think the second baseline-adjustment arrow from the left will affect only that staff for the whole piece, so that does give you a global per-voice adjustment.

If you really do have repeats with multiple verses, though, shouldn't the Lyric tool verses be used as intended so you can space the verses vertically?

Does using separate verses guarantee separate channels? Seems like they're unrelated. If the file is created with the set-up wizard, they will already be on separate channels.

I can see how separate verses for each voice would be easier if the words for each voice were different, even slightly. It does mean duplicating things, though.

In my recent foray into the lyric tool, I did run into problems after putting "too many" words in verse 1. Editing in the Lyric Window became buggy and I had to switch to verse 2. But I only had one voice and one real verse in the piece.

Between 2004 and 2011 I was intermittently working on a substantial project with a large cast of solo voices, a double SATB chorus et al. My publisher encouraged me to have different verses for each voice, and to use Click Assignment for entry. This got me (and even more the Lyrics Window) into an unholy muddle, especially when I was copying and pasting between voices. Since then I've invariably gone for the same verse for all the voices, and used Type into Score, which for me is much more direct and less prone to error than Click Assignment.

EDIT: I see this is on the Finale Songwriter forum, so maybe I shouldn't be commenting about my experience with full Finale (26.3 - I've decided not to use F 27 until I have renewed my hardware).
