To go to the next lyric (while beeing in the Type Into Score mode), hit the Downarrow key.

According to your forum signature you are using Finale 2012.
But you have posted in the forum for Finale SongWriter ?!?

Anyway, here are som options:

A) Lyrics menu > Specify Current Lyric…

or

B) Lyrics window - use the pop-up menu or click the little triangular arrows to navigate to another Verse / Chorus / Section.

Enter the second lyrics in another Verse or Chorus or Section.

Also, use
Lyrics menu > Adjust Baselines…
to finetune the vertical position of each Verse / Chorus / Section (this way is more precise than dragging the triangles to the left of the staff).

I don't understand, Peter.

I've already got the first lyrics.

When I write the second one they are printed in the same place than the first one.

Which is the way to write the second one UNDER the firs one and in cursive this secono one?

1) Type the second lyrics in another Verse / Chorus / Section.
Before you type the second lyrics, go to another Verse / Chorus / Section - as described in my previous post.

2) To avoid that the second lyrics will appear in the same vertical position as the first lyrics, adjust the Baseline for the second lyrics to a lower Vertical position.
You can adjust the Baseline via the dialog box (Lyrics menu > Adjust Baselines…). This is more precise.
Or you can drag the appropriate triangle displayed to the left of the staff. This is less precise.

I hope that this is clear?

If you have questions, let me know.
