Hello,

I'm very happy this form exists and glad to part of it.

I was wondering about if this particular case is possible in finale.
In the score i don't wana have the all instrument all the time when they just have rests for a long time

Let's say we have 3 staves in the score, piano and clarinet. After some time i wanna get rid of piano and have the clarinet solo, then again back to tutti..or similiar situations.

Just to save from space, i hope somebody can help me with this.

Thanks,

V.

Go to "Page Layout" icon, click on "Page Layout" on the tool bar click on Staff System Optimization and click "remove empty staves".

superdave and verbal -
then when you need to enter more notes into the piano part after a bit of clarinet solo, how do you get the piano part to come back? :D

You can undo the optimization for every staff.
