Noob here and question about repeats

Ok I'm new using Finale but very very new and I want to know where I find this repeat symbol % to put in the songs to make it like a chart that the bands use and stuff

I know you can help so my most sincere advanced thanks

It is available as a "staff style".
Staff tool.
select the reqion, then go to the staff menu->apply staff styles->select "one bar repeat".

thanks very much man and one last question for now, I don't hear the effect if I put the repeat, If I put the slash notation or the one bar repeat, when I playback is there no way to hear it the way I put it??

First copy the original measure into the following ones. Then apply the "one bar repeat". The one bar repeat is just a graphic thing, you need to have the notes copied and hidden.
