im using finale 2014 trial (windows)
and i want to know ..is it possible to start playback at specific beat?
say... the second beat of a bar

If you expand the Playback Controls (by clicking the icon), you get an expanded Playback Controls where you can specify in what measure, and on what beat playback should begin.

i followed yr words
i can see the playback setting
but well not what i want.....
(or did i miss something..?)
what i mean is ..just like sibelius
click the mouse cursor at the specific beat
press the playback key
then the playback starts at that beat
