Delete empty categories on Expression Tool

Under the CATEGORIES column of the Expression Tool I've got some empty ones.
For instance at this moment I've got 4 under the same name (Rehearsal marks).
But I don't know how to DELETE the empty ones.

Document menu > Category Designer…

In the Category Designer, select the empty category, and click the button “Delete”.

NB:
You can neither delete nor rename the 6 default categories at the top of the Category Designer
(= Dynamics, Tempo Marks, Tempo Alterations, Expressive Text, Technique Text, Rehearsal Marks).
But you can edit the default categories, and e. g. change their fonts.
