Finale has begun to freeze up and then crash while using the chord tool. Has anyone else experienced this? If so is there a fix other than rebooting the app?
Thanks,
Mark

I haven't noticed it. If restarting the app, or the computer, fixes it, at least you can keep working.

Meanwhile, send it in to tech support.

Thanks. It seems to happen more when entering the chords via a controller keyboard rather than the entry by "Letter:number". It happens after asking if you make a mistake and have to remove the chord or you enter the wrong "Letter:number"' grouping every time. I have been adding chords for the last few weeks and never had this problem before. Thanks for sending this on to support. :)
Thanks,
Mark

I think I misunderstood. Do I send this to support? If so, how do I do that?
Thanks

Go to Finale.com, and follow the Support links.

Disregard any "suggested" answers, and hit the Submit button.

HMKirk_2014,

Do you have the latest 2014 maintenance update (= 2014c)?

It could not hurt to try it.
