Hello, I understand that you can now install Finale 2014 on multiple computers but you can only authorize it to work on one computer at a time..

For some reason when I installed 2014 onto my laptop, I am not even able to open the software... I just get the spinning beach ball of death...Then it unexpectedly quits?

I am trying to install it to use on my Macbook Pro with OS 10.9.5

It installed and it works perfectly on my desktop..

One thing to note is that I originally purchased Finale 2010 in late 2009 installed it on my laptop, but never used it


I trashed the 2010 version after trying to install my new 2014 upgrade.. maybe that messed things up?

I wish I was able to give more information regarding this problem.. sorry about that :)

The crash log might give you a clue.

Have you looked in the crash log?

I did a reinstall and it worked.. go figure..
