Hello, I recently learned to create notes and tremolos between notes and i run into the following problem.
when I enter the desired value of the notes to be tremolos (with the "easy tremolo plug-in") they sound on playback with the right kind of sound (Clave), but being modified with the plug-in, these play another sound (Cowbell).
I think maybe replacing the Cowbell note by the Clave on the percussion map fix this, but something tells me that's not the right solution.

Greetings:
Oliver

(Late reply to the original post...)
You don't mention which version of Finale you are using.
I can't reproduce your problem in Finale 2012. I have created a Clave staff using the Score Manager, and when I apply the plug-in, I only get clave sounds.
I have tried with Garritan sounds, and Midi with an external module.
Midi with SmartMusic SoftSynth was more unpredictable (sometimes, no sound at all). In the ScoreManager, I selected MakeMusic GM 128 -> 4. Cuban Percussion. That seemed reliable in a quick test.
You could also try adding a new staff (the same way) and see if it makes any difference...
