I'm on Finale 2014 on my laptop.
Is there a keyboard shortcut to switch to the Measure Tool, Simply Entry Tool, Staff Tool ... etc etc?
the only one i know of is ESC to go back to the Selection Tool.
Thanks!

I have programmed a few of them with Mac Keyboard shortcuts. iKey is another option.

Edit/Preferences/View, check Show Tools Menu. That puts "Tools" up top. Alt/Opt-T to activate that menu, and then whatever underlined letter to switch to the desired tool.

That works in Windows.
And the original poster (= wonder) is using Mac OS X, so…
But Mike’s suggestions do work in Mac OS X.
