In a 3/4 Time I did a Split measure in m. 8.

The 3/4 Time signature appears again on the score on m. 8

Is there a way that only appears the usual one (at the beginning of the score)?

I appreciate your valuable help

How did you split the measure?
Did you use the plug-in?

When I use the plug-in Split Measure, I do not get a time signature appearing on the measure.

If everything else fails, attach a (small) Finale sample document here.

This forum does not accept attachments with the Finale file name extension.

Before you can attach a Finale document in this forum, you must compress it, e. g. as a .zip file.
And the file size must not be more than max. 100 KB.

Thank you for your answer, Peter.
Yes, I am using the Plug in ( I tried the 2 different ones, with the same result)

What you have attached, is not a Finale document, but rather a graphic.

In order to troubleshoot we need to see an actual Finale document.

Sorry.
This time I think it is well compressed

1) You ought to update your forum user profile. It still says “Finale 2011 PC”.

2) I am not sure what was going on in your document, but I was able to fix it by re-doing the time signatures manually, with the Time Signature Tool.
See the attached document.

Thank you , Peter.

1) I've just changed to Finale 2012

2) Could you tell me, please, how did you solve with Time signature?

First I changed all the time signatures to a “real” time signature of 3/4.
Next, I fixed each “oddball” measure individually, like this:

Thank you very much, Peter, for your time.
I opened a new document and there is not such problem.
I think it was something wrong in the other one
