I wrote a "ritardando" but I don't hear any difference with "a tempo" when playing back.
I read some similar questions in the forum, but I didn't understand the way to solve it.
Appreciate your answers

I think that we need to see an actual Finale document.
I suggest that you attach a (small) Finale sample here.
This forum does not accept attachments with the Finale file name extension.
Before you can attach a Finale document in this forum, you must compress it, e. g. as a .zip file.
And the file size must not be more than max. 100 KB.

jose oscar,
Your attached file is not a Finale document, but rather a PDF file.
And I do not see any ritardando in the PDF file.
Where is it?
In order to troubleshoot we need to see an actual Finale document with the playback problem.

jose oscar,
Your attached Finale document plays rit. all right for me.
Is your ritardando problem isolated to this particular document - or does it happen in all documents?
I suspect that the culprit is your Preferences in Human Playback.
What is selected in
HP Preferences > MIDI Data > Tempo
?
