File/Printer page setup doesn't open.

Neither if I go to Print/Setup

I reloaded the drivers for hp laser 1020, thinking I had a problem on the printer, but it is not the problem there

Apperciate your help

Please specify the steps you've already taken, so that we can rule out things.
(Have you tried trashing your Finale preferences file? Tested a brand new user account? Rebooted?)

I see now the problem is in the printer, not in Finale
