In the vocal staff of a score I'd like to write a comma , (Articulation n. 36) without any sound at all when I playback. That is, only visible on the score.

Just edit the comma articulation:
In the Articulation Designer, in the pane Playback Effect, in the pop up menu, choose “None” instead of “Change Duration”.
