On measure 1 I've got no problems to playback.

But if I write as in measure 2 I've got 2 problems:

1) How could I put the number "3" for each abbreviated triplet in Violins?

2) Triplets in measure 2 doesn't playback as triplets

I appreciate your help

Try this. I changed the quarter notes to dotted quarters, with the triplet definition set to 3 eighths in the space of two eighths.

Thank you, miker, for your answer.

It works the way you've done it.

But when I copy this into another measure it doesn't appear the same way. It appears as 4 quarter notes.

When I go to EDIT FILTER I see that in Notes and rests, TUPLET DEFINITIOND cannot be selected.
I think is there the problem to copy and paste.

How did you manage to write the triplets in measure 2 for Vl2 and Vla, once you did for Vl1, please?

I couldn't copy it either, so I did it measure by measure. I agree that it's a bug. I'm going to submit it.

Actually you can copy the triplets correctly, but only with a Stack Selection.

To make a Stack Selection of only one staff, create a Staff Sett of only that staff.

While viewing a Staff Set you can make a Staff Selection of only that Staff Set.

Great workaround, Peter, but I think it still qualifies as a bug. Other tuplets copy correctly without it.

Thanks for the extra effort!

Thank you, both, miker and Peter,
As this derives into another subject I'm going to open a new subject, To create a Staff Set.

Tech support confirmed the issue, and have no workaround other than the one Peter suggested.

It has been "reported to product development."
