I would like to change the playback of a ritardando, but only for the place where the ritardando is in a piece, making its playback slower.
For other ritardando or in other scores I'd like to maintain its playback as default.

I appreciate your always valuable help

We need to know a little more:

Are you using Human Playback in this particular Finale document?

And does Human Playback interpret the ritardandi?

Instead of using Human Playback you can also create ritardandi and accelerandi with expressions.
In the Expression Designer’s chiclet Playback there is an option to change the Tempo via an Executable Shape.

Thank you, Peter.

1) Are you using Human Playback in this particular Finale document?

Yes , Human Playback Style Standard

2) And does Human Playback interpret the ritardandi?

Yes

I'm using: Expression selection/ Tempo alterations

3) In the Expression Designer’s chiclet Playback there is an option to change the Tempo via an Executable Shape.

Do you mean Expression Designer/ Effect/ Set to value?

No, I mean Execute Shape (below Set to Value):

I recommend that you read about Executable Shapes in the online manual.

You may have to toggle Human Playback off for the stretch with the slower ritardando.

I hope that this is clear?
If not, ask again.

It sound like my problem from a few days ago. Try to set the human playback to custom, and then you can adjust manually what the playback should "read".

Thank you very much, Peter.
I've just read Executable Shapes in the online manual. Complicated!!!
So, for the moment, I copied your attached image.
