How can I stop Finale from changing my desired C#/E# to the unwanted C#/F?
I'm very new to Finale. My instructor is giving us an exercise with a song in key of A which I'm successfully showing three sharps in the key signature. I'm trying to input chord symbols and the instructor wanted us to show a C#/E# but Finale keeps switching it to C#/F. I know E# and F are enharmonically the same, but I want to show it the way our instructor gave us, NOT the way Finale wants to show it.
Thanks for any help here.

Or uncheck Simplify Spelling in the Chord menu.

However, de-selecting Simplify Spelling is not the solution if you use Capo Chords in this particular document.
Instead, the solution with D### will work with Capo Chords.

Thank you! The D### worked perfectly.
