Is there a way to globally adjust beam height?

There are several adjustments for beam height and beam angle in Document Options. Look there under beams. These apply to the current file only. Opening a new file requires setting them again. One can save a template with custom beam settings for future use. There's also a plugin called Patterson Beams which has many options as well.

P.S.: Part of the height of a beam depends on the length of stems. You might need to adjust those as well.

Ah, ok. I see. That did it for me. It made sense to me to look for it under beams, but I suppose stems makes more sense.

Thanks,
