Hello
When parts are exported to PDF they are all in black and white.
I'd like them to show the light blue writings and other colors.

"Use Score Colors" is selected.

TIA

It should be in your Print options. On mine, I had to check Print Display Colors (down at the bottom)

File/Print.../Display Colors is checked, I don't have a printer installed though, and if I attempt to print a document Finale crashes.
PDF is still black and white.
Anyway I don't need printed colors, I only need colors in the exported PDF.

You need to create your PDF via the print dialog rather than Finale's Export/PDF, which doesn't work well anyway. I recommend CutePDF, a free program. When you install that, you can then use Finale's print dialog, select CutePDF, and check "use display colors." Rather than actually printing, it sends it to CutePDF to create the file.

Will CutePDF let you get true black in Windows?

It's a bit different for Mac users but the basics are the same. You can export colors only through the Print dialog.

Graphics >Export/PDF works well on the Mac but it is true black. In fact, it's the only way you can true black from Finale 25 on the Mac. It was there in 2014.5 but the Print dialog worked so well in that version.

I am no fan of the way printing is handled in 25. I see where they're going but it's really annoying.
