Speedy Entry & Tilted Dynamics

Hi everyone,
Just two random questions:
- When using Speedy Entry, what is the keyboard shortcut to go to the staff below or above and continue using Speedy Entry?
- I have seen scores that have crescendos/decrescendos tilted at an angle. How can this be done in Finale?
