I have a staff 2/4 timing with 1/8 note rest, 2 64 note 32 note rest, 2 64 note 32 note rest, 2 64 note 32 note rest, 2 64 note 32 note rest. According to the sheet that I have there should be room for a quarter note rest, but Finale won't let me put one in. Nor well it put one in when I click on the selection tool. When I do the math work I get lost. Any one want to try this?

I believe motet put it on two staves to make the count more clear.

Yes. There are four 32nds to an eighth note, and two 64ths are equivalent to one 32nd.
