Reordering Staves

I'm arranging some material for 3 horns over bass. I set up a new piece using the Setup wizard for trumpet, tenor sax, trombone, and bass. Then I learned that we'd be using an alto sax instead of tenor. I deleted the tenor staff and added the alto staff, but the latter now appears below the bass staff, rather than above it, where the tenor staff was. How do I rearrange the 4 staffs in the order I want them in?

In the staff tool, use the handle to drag a staff into its position.
