I have Finale 2010 and want to make an audio CD of a piece with several movements. The playback does not recognize tempo changes within a movement, or between movements.

I have set Human Playback to "None" but this does not correct the problem. My file contains seven movements, and all have tempo markings. Resetting the metronome has no effect.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you create your tempos using Plugins -Expressions - Create tempo Markings? If not, your tempos probably will not playback. Turn your HP back on or the dynamics will not playback.

Plug-ins on my toolbar sends me to Expressions which sends me to Auto-Dynamic Placement. There is no option for Tempo changes.

My tempo markings were initially placed in the score using the Expression Tool.

Hi everybody,
I've got a 'tempo trouble' too: I try to set my tempo for playback in the playback options window but the song play at a different tempo. I also tried with the expression tool but the tempo changes every time the song reach a certain measure...
I can't understand why..
Is there a way to reset the tempo setting?

Try to edit the tempo marking and check to see if it uses the correct tempo. Initially after I installed Finale 2010, I found that I needed to enter tempos 2 or 3 times to get them to work.
