Measures are moving
Moderators: Peter Thomsen, miker
I don't know what I did, but the thing is that when I move the measure to another line, the measures of the new line have different sizes. One is big and the other one is small or I can't see it because is really small. Also when I write with Speedy Entry Tool the last when is gigantic!. I only want that the measures stay always with the same width. I leave you a example of whats happening to me. Please help me!

What member of the "Finale family" are you using? Finale? PrintMusic? SongWriter?
What year? 2012? 2011? 2010? 2009?
You should probably
1) Select All,
2) Apply Music Spacing,
3) Update Layout.
Don't forget that there are keyboard shortcuts for all the three steps.

Sometimes, just clicking in, amd the out of, the other measure does the trick. Finale is remembering the original size of the measure, from before yu copied in the new parts.

Document Options - Music Spacing
If you set "Minimum Measure Width" and "Maximum Measure Width" to the same value, all measures will get the same width when you apply music spacing.
