X on stems?

I'm not sure I understand?
Normally all stems are vertical.
To make 2 stems cross each other, you must angle them.
Take a look at the attached file.
Is this what you mean?
Or do you mean something else (e. g. 2 beams that cross each other)?

Or could it be x noteheads (like in Sprechgesang with no exact pitch) ?

You can do the X's as articulations.
